Rabbi Yisroel Belsky: The Letter: Kol Koreh Ban

As promised here is the letter from Rabbi Belsky shlita regarding the kol koreh . He states very clearly that this Kol Koreh applied only to the "Big Event" and not meant to outlaw all concerts in general. It does mention that each person should consult his Rabbi about a concert in general. He states the Kol Koreh went out because of what the rabonim felt was a "mockery" that Lipa was making and that's what caused the ban.
