Germany is telling Peter Sachs, whose father's collection of 12,500 posters were ripped off by the Nazi's: tough luck! The special German panel ruled against returning this art collection valued between 10 to 50 million dollars. The panel cited a letter from the man's father and a 1960s-era compensation payment as grounds for keeping them in Germany.

Germany is telling Peter Sachs, whose father's collection of 12,500 posters were ripped off by the Nazi's: tough luck! The special German panel ruled against returning this art collection valued between 10 to 50 million dollars.
