I was unaware that trout in butter sauce was one of Hitler's favorite dishes. A Belgian cooking show decided to let it's viewers in on this tidbit as it's 30-year-old Flemish TV chef, caught a trout before cooking up the "favorite meal of an atrocious man" at Hitler's Kehlsteinhaus, Eagle's Nest, hideaway in the Bavarian Alps. The show was promptly canceled after an outcry from Belgium's Jewish community and victims of Nazi concentration camps.

Nazis in India?
Well not exactly but antisemitism is everywhere even in India where a line of bedspreads entitled the NAZI collection was discovered. The brochure featured swastikas and the promoters attempt at PC was that NAZI stood for "New Arrival Zone of India". Thankfully after some protest by the Indian Jewish Federation the name was removed. India is not unfamiliar with this form of hatred.
Last year, a restaurant in Mumbai -- home to around 5,000 of the total 6,000 Jews in India -- changed its name from "Hitler's Cross" following similar complaints.

In Rome: Nazi's Can Work

It has allowed Erich Priebke (nazi phtoto left), a 93-year-old former SS officer found guilty of slaughtering hundreds of civilians in a World War II Nazi to be allowed to work. The Simon Wiesenthal Center is up in arms about this ridiculous ruling. Judges also said Priebke would be allowed to leave his lawyer's office for brief periods "only to satisfy essential requirements." The man should get the chair......enough said....Friday, January 26, 2007
GERMANY: Thumbs It's Nose At Returning Stolen Art!
Germany is telling Peter Sachs, whose father's collection of 12,500 posters were ripped off by the Nazi's: tough luck! The special German panel ruled against returning this art collection valued between 10 to 50 million dollars. The panel cited a letter from the man's father and a 1960s-era compensation payment as grounds for keeping them in Germany.
