For those of you who have been paying attention to my last post in the "Best in Kosher Food" series, it dealt with pizza. Now certainly everyone likes something quick and easy but how can one make pizza into a messy but yummy situation? Welcome the Betty Crocker pizza mix. It comes in 2 flavors that I've seen: regular and Italian (herb) mix. I happen to like the Italian more but it can be hard to find in stores. It is certainly messier and more time consuming than the "ready to bake" pizza crust but because you are making the dough you have more option, i.e. bread sticks, size and thickness.
