I just can't stop ranting about the price of gasoline. Yes the price has dropped a bit I can now find it for as low as about $2.40 a gallon. I'm still not happy as I know it's still too much and can easily go back up again. I was at the mechanic the other day (battery just dies on me and corroded everywhere) and I noticed that he does biofuel conversions so that a vehicle can run on vegetable oil ( only on diesel engines though). I found a website on how to do this yourself ( if you are so mechanically inclined) as well as the pros and cons of using vegetable oil as a fuel. If anyone has had any personal experiences with this we would love to hear about it.
