USA Today has an interesting article concerning the upcoming Olympics and kosher food in Beijing. Believe it or not there is a kosher restaurant in Beijing called Dini's. There is also a Chabad (surprise!) whose Rabbi supervises the establishment. Dini's business is doing so well they are looking to open a second location closer to the Olympics. They are hoping to capatilize on the estmiated influx of 550,000 newcomers.
