Ok you can decide that part.This would be great as a purim shpeel but it's quite real. Arutz Sheva reports that a game entitled"The Shivah" is to be the first mass market video game to ever feature a Rabbi.
The murder mystery game features "Rabbi Stone," who faces a crisis with his congregation.
In the game, the rabbi receives a mysterious contribution from a controversial synagogue member and must figure out the name of the donator to make sure it is not cursed.
I'm not sure I like the sound of that...

Why rush to boycott? Find out more about it first. Is it good for the Jews or is it inspired by anti-semitism?
Personally, I think a computer game that has a Rabbi as a hero and delves into Jewish history and liturgy would be pretty cool.
It's not inspired by antisemitism and the headline was meant to be over the top. however I find that the idea to make a "game about a "shiva" on any level to be a bit creepy and mocking of jewish tradition even if it is meant well
