How much would you pay for a Hockey Stick?

Well someone just decided to pay 1.9 Million dollars for one! The piece of wood in question is the world's oldest ice hockey stick, a hickory shaft carved in the 1850's. The anonymous buyer will be displaying the stick at the Hockey Hall of Fame until he figures out what he will do with it (perhaps if he's real wealthy...firewood).
