This article enlightens us to a trend that's suddenly becoming more prevelant: Churches offering Seder services! Passover has always been a favorite time for Jews for Jesus to prey upon the unknowing ( i.e. a Russian immigrant) by pretending to be Jewish and bringing them into the fold. It's bad enough that J forJesus is issuing these "seders" but now other Christian churches are following suit as the article states:
Lapeer Free Methodist Church, 1621 N. Saginaw St. in Mayfield Township, will hold a "Christ in the Passover" presentation Wednesday, put on by Shaun Buchhalter, a member of Jews for Jesus.
But not every Christian Seder appears to have an intentional evangelical leaning.
At Peace Presbyterian, the Rev. David Galbraith said church members decided the meal would be educational.
"It will tell us more about Christ and what he was doing at that time," the pastor said. "After all, the Last Supper was on the Passover."

'Prey' not 'Pray'
play on words but i'll change it :)
Other than the obviously predatory messianics out there, for the most part I don't find this all that distrubing. The more Christians recognize the Judaism within their own tradition, the more pro-jewish they might become. It's certainly better than having the Christians preaching their superiority over Judaism as they did for centuries.
