Jewish College students are not connected to Judaism

Accoring to the latest Brandeis study on Jewish college students. These students say they feel “repelled” and “untouched” by formal Jewish organizations the study has found. This is certainly disturbing news and perhaps a wake up call to Hillel and to other outreach programs to look closer at the college dynamic and how it relates to Jewish students.

That's the reverse of what goes on in LA, from what I saw when I was there. While there were a few, by and large people had a positive impression of the Jewish orgs on campus.
