It's hard to believe but France of all places, now has a stamp featuring former Chief Rabbi Jacob Kaplan. This has to be one of the only stamps you can find (perhaps except Israel) that features someone wearing a yamulka. A bit surprising considering how anti-semitic they are.

The United States Postal Authority many years ago issued a stamp with the picture of Rabbi Dov Revel.
