reports thatormer New York City police commissioner, Bernard Kerik had taken money from from two reputedly mob-linked contractors. The problem is he took this money when he was still the commisioner and may have influenced his decision but the question is with what? He has yet to be charged with any crime. Does something smell in Scotland Yard?
