As I mentioned previously my buddies Sholom Jacobs and Aryeh Pearlman have finally released their debut duet album entitled Pi Shnayim. It looks ooks like their website willpicomingsoon ( like the pun?).
I was unaware until this past shabbos but tradgicaly Aryeh's younger brother Zavel Pearlman ( he was in the MBC choir as a child) had passed away over the summer due to heart complications that had been ongoing. I'm certain you'll find a dedication to him. It must be difficult to have to perform during this period and I wonder if that will effect things moving forward.

Zavel was an amazing guy - he was in Lander with me, and always had a huge smile and positive attitude. I'm not sure what's happening, but I know they were considering writing a sefer torah in his name.

i was a big fan of MBC as a kid. he was amazing on Light Up the Nights. had no idea till now that he died.
