Jewish News.com has a story on Nathan Tinanoff. He is the director of the Judaica Music Rescue Project and Archive at Florida Atlantic University. His organization recieves plenty of donations for collectors and private donors. The most popular album? Aaron Lebedeff's "Romania, Romania," a Yiddish vaudeville hit produced in 1941: 80 copies so far have been donated.
