Promoting a moderate view of Islam.....

AP reports a Pakistani leader has accepted an offer by the Council for World Jewery to discuss promote moderate Islam to muslims everywhere. It seems he's been pushing this agenda since 2003. I just don't see how this can work when the Koran itself has issues. Unless he plans on issuing a new Koran call it the Koran ll (like the Christians second testament) and change it. I think this might be a real waste of time but go ahead and fool yourselves if you like.
