NEWSWATCH 50 reports:The Conservative Rabbi of the Temple named "Sons of Israel in Briarcliff Manor", Rabbi Steven Kane was arrested for marijuana possession. It seems he may have been smoking a "doobie" while or before he was driving. His driving ability seemed to have been impaired by the drug, hence the reason for his arrest.
