Halachos of prayer for you late comers..

I thought about putting together a whole essay about what to do when you come late to minyan. Unfortunately it sees to be becoming an epidemic (not that I'm never late myself). However I noticed thatRabbi Forsythe has done quite a job of putting together a compilation of halachos concerning this issue.
