Have you ever heard of Noah's pudding? Evidently in Turkey it does exist and there is a specific recipe for it. You can get it by clicking here. This pudding aka aşure” (pronounced “ah-shu-reh” in Turkish) is one of the oldest Turkish and most popular dessert in Turkish cuisine (I didn't know there was a cuisine in Turkey). The Turks don't claim that Noah created this dessert but rather it is to commemorate him and the story of the ark.
