Kosher slaughterhouses in the News...

What is it with kosher slaughterhouses that they just can't seem to stay out of the news? The most recent being a Kosher slaughterhouse in New Square that allegedly was selling "dirty birds".

From the Daily News:

A federal judge closed a filthy Rocland County kosher slaughterhouse Tuesday, saying the plant's dirty birds posed a health risk to the community.Judge Stephen Robinson shuttered New Square Meats amid allegations the company dodged federal inspectors for years - and sold nearly 2 million uninspected birds to unsuspecting customers.
