How Are You Dealing With Higher Gas Prices?

That's what ABC News wants to know! You heard right: they would like to hear from real people like you and your reaction to the rising cost of auto fuel. Prices in most places are almost at $4
a gallon. Regardless, there is plenty one can do to insure that you are getting peak performance from your vehicle. Here are some gas saving tips:

Tire Pressure: Make sure it's at maximum pressure. Low pressure can rob you of fuel economy.

Tune Up: Clean air filters and maintained spark plugs can get you better mileage.

Speed:Traveling at 55 mph gives you up to 21% better mileage when compared speed limits of 65 and 70 mph.

Windows: Open windows cause air drag, reducing your mileage by 10%.

Lighten Up: Take out anything from your car that you don't need.

Bad Roads:Avoid rough roads: dirt or gravel can rob you of up to 30% of your gas mileage.
