Jewish Music Insider: Shloimie Dachs: Hospitalized!

I'm actually surprised that I did not read about this in Vosizneis or Yeshiva World: Shloimie Dachs was hospitalized this past Friday for something that seemed quite serious. His speech had become slurred and he complained of headache and was rushed to a hospital. Supposedly they found fluid on or near his cranium. They were discussing performing brain surgery but it was later decided it was unnecessary. They are keeping him in the hospital and he should be discharged this Wedensday but he will be closely monitored. If you would like to say tehillim for ShlomieDachs his name is Sholomo Menachum ben Toba Pesel. I wish him a Refuah shelaimah and a complete recovery.

Update: Life-of-Rubin says Shloimie is B"H doing well and that the story was not as serious as it sounded (hence no need for surgery). You should still be saying tehillim however.

This is absolutely uncalled for - haven't you heard of privacy? You should take this post down immediately.

refuah shleimah

ps what's the privacy issue here? A person needs our prayers, not to be ignored.

A simple name suffices, without intimate details.

Thanks Chaim, Anon it sounded serious and there is no reason to cover the details. You make it sound like he did something wrong. You should be ashamed of yourself call me at 212-660-2245.

A tehillim list name would not get as many tefillos as details, hence it is quite important to give some details, though not too much.
