Toys "R" Us has come under fire for denying a Chinese-American infant a $25,000 savings bond in the "First Baby of the Year Sweepstakes". The reason : the mother was an illegal alien. Even though the eligibility rules required babies' mothers to be legal residents, it has reversed the decision and will be giving the money to Yuki Lin, who was born at the stroke of midnight at New York Downtown Hospital.
