U.S. Says No to Security Council Resolution

The NYT reports that the Arabs are at it again. Looking for public condemnation of Israel in regard to the Gaza. This latest attempt was brought to the table by Qatar the Arab representative on the Council the countries in favor: Argentina, China, Congo, France, Ghana, Greece, Peru, Russia, Qatar and Tanzania. Abstaining countries were Britain, Denmark, Japan and Slovakia. U.S. ambassador, John Bolton voted it down saying that the resolution was one-sided and does not discuss any kind of Israeli-Palestinian peace. They attempted to change the resolution text to "include" condemning the attack on Israel from Gaza ( aren't they nice) but it was still voted down.

Update: BokerTov has more on this topic.
