Bringing important Kosher information!

In case you were wondering one should not brine a kosher turkey!

I DISAGREE!!! I have been brining Kosher turkeys for the last 6 years with amazing results. I use about 1/2 the salt typical of a brine (1 cup salt per gallon of water) and add citrus (oranges/lemons) aswell as brown sugar and various herbs-sage, thyme etc...
