The Feds step in to help out Bikur Cholim...

The Recordonline.com reports that the federal government is stepping in to allow a "shabbos house" that bikur cholim built in Suffern ,NY. The village of Suffern had denied the house a zoning variance saying it was zoned for commerical not residential. this would have denied them the ability to have people stay there and visit thier relatives in the hospital.Rabbi Simon Lauber, Bikur Cholim's CEO has filed his own federal discrimination suit as well.
