My Brother-in-Law had bought my wife and I a tape set of shiurim by Rav Weinberger of Aish Kodesh entitled "Insired Parenting". The tape explains how to inspire your children so that they should stay on the derech hashem and become Torah loving Jews. My daughter is only 3 yrs. old and Boruch Hashem she is a truly great child but this tape opened my eyes to whole new outlook on raising children and I can't emphasise enough how inspired I was by it. I think it's just Mp3 download but to be honest I'm not sure.
