Recently I had construction done on my house. I had to make the trek out to Home Depot and check out tiles and other assorted items. I noticed that Home Depot just like companies such as CVS, have a very poor help-to-customer ratio. I really think they should reconsider their slogan of "you can do it, we can help" to "you can do it, just do it by yourself, will ya?!".

Try lowes they have much better customer service
Been there too. Not a whole lot better sorry...
