This may sound a bit odd but as you know laughter really is the best medicine. At least it seems to be with in-vitro fertilization (IVF). Israeli doctors are using clowns to entertain woman attempting pregnancy and found that conception rates rose from 20 to 35 percent. Quite an impressive feat, that's big clowns feet actually.
