The NY Post reports that Edward Greenwood IX, a city clerical worker, was canned by Mayor Bloomberg. The reason: He was caught playing solitair (is that fair?). There was no warning when Edward lost his $30,000 job, no slap on the wrist, he was simply told that Deputy Mayor Kevin Sheekey wanted to restructure and downsize some city agencies. Greenwood was the only worker in the 13-person Albany office to be "downsized" out of a job.
