A Manhattan law firm yesterday filed suit to recover hundreds of millions of dollars in fuel adjustment charges.
LIPA chairman Richard Kessel says the utility will do a complete review of the fuel adjustment charge.
LIPA estimates the fuel adjustment charge has added about 50 dollars to a 100 dollar electric bill.
