To pray or not to pray? Sharon Dillema

Should one pray for someone they despise? This is one of the issues some Jews are grappling with after finding out Ariel Sharon is in a coma. Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu seems to believe a person should not.

Yona Metzger, one of Israel's chief rabbis, said a group of worshippers have maintained a round-the-clock vigil at the Western Wall. He has also spoken to rabbis around the world to coordinate constant prayers.
