Best Kosher Restaurants in NY...

Here is a short list of some of "the better" (TM) kosher restaurants in the NY area. Lets start with Meat restaurants in NYC. My best kept secret is Domani with it's impeccable service and excellent but expensive food. Next we have the well known Abigail's of Chef Nathan's fame. If you ever have the pleasure of going there you must try the Bison Eggroll. This is how all egg rolls should be. They have an excellent selection of steaks and when you order a drink they are not cheap with the liquor. Next you have Park East Grill with it's great steaks and understated elegance. If you seek Chinese, may I suggest Eden Wok on 72nd. The truth is however, the best Chinese I have ever had is in Great Neck, this another best kept secret: Cho-sen Village ( much better than any Chosen Island for some reason). Back to other boros: In Queens you can find some excellent food and steaks as well. I'm referring to the famous sushi metsuyan. I must tell you that the Queens location does have better food than it's 5- towns counterpart (not sure why- better chef I presume). If you find yourself in Monsey they have a very good Japanese restaurant with excellent steaks as well: KYO Kosher.
Stay tuned for the Dairy restaurants....
