Smiling DeLay photo no help to Democrats:MSNBC.com. This is the best mug shot I have ever seen. Not really what they were looking for when they had his picture taken I can assure you that. Now they are saying Karl Rove will be indicted for perjury. Not for something he said but rather for something he did not say.This is getting out of hand but the media is having a feast..who cares about the truth?
