New York Daily News reports Mayor Michael Bloomberg is quite unhappy with Ground Zero developer Larry Silverstein. The problem? Bloomberg thinks Mr. Silverstein is more interested in the green than the city ( big surprise there). He'd like to get rid of him but Mr. Silverstein has a 99 year lease on the property.
