Belgium : Ban Kosher Meat!

Jewish Times reports on a proposed ban of Kosher meat. The regulations being considered would require stunning the animal. An animal that is stunned is not Kosher according to Torah Law. This is a cause for great concern among the 30,000 or so Jews living there. The officials then said they will label the kosher meat differently stating it des not meet it's standards, this effectively would stigmatize all Kosher meat.
