I must relate the following story told by my co-worker.
He is Catholic and was going to the Bar Mitzvah reception of
a conservative Jewish friend of his. He decided being this was a Jewish affair he would wear a Yamulka. He walked in to the reception
and noticed that no one including the Rabbi was wearing a Yamulka.
He still felt it was the proper attire and did not remove his
skullcap. As he approcached his friend his Rabbi noticed his Yamulka
and said "oh you don't have to wear that here". He asked his friend is this fellow orthodox? No he replied he's Catholic..oh the Rabbi replied (blushing).
